A necessary goal for the westcoastwindows.ca site was to align the company’s web presence with the company’s new brand strategy and business objectives as they were being developed, resulting in the application delivery architecture being established before the look of the site was confirmed. Particular emphasis was placed on creating a user experience that guided users intuitively to the action stations of the website: the procurement of high quality windows.
